Introduction and Scope

• Welcome to CyberKongz's Augmented Reality ("AR") Experience. These terms ("AR Terms") supplement CyberKongz LLC’s general terms and conditions, available at CyberKongz Terms and Conditions, as well as Shopify's terms and conditions.
  By accessing the AR Experience via the QR code provided with your purchase, you agree to comply with these AR Terms.

Access and Data Collection

• Access via QR Code: Upon purchasing a CyberKongz toy, you will receive a QR code granting access to the AR Experience. Scanning the QR code allows entry into the interactive application.

• Data Collected During Use: CyberKongz will collect the following data for authentication purposes:

  • Encrypted password
  • Time of signup
  • Time of last login

User Responsibilities

• Appropriate Use: The AR Experience is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users must not attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or extract source code or content from the AR app.

• Age Restrictions: By accessing the AR Experience, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the app.
