Introduction

• Welcome to CyberKongz® (“CK”)and the CyberKongz Emaki Experience. The CyberKongz® brand and the Emaki Experience are owned and operated by CyberKongz LLC, a Saint Kitts and Nevis Limited Liability Corporation, dedicated to delivering unparalleled digital art, entertainment, and sustainability experiences on the blockchain.

• What is Emaki?

  • The Emaki Experience is an interactive storytelling venture on the Ronin blockchain, blending physical and digital elements. Genkai holders at the time of the snapshot will receive one Emaki, which grants access to an RNG (random number generation) claim experience. This allows Genkai holders to claim either a digital or physical item. Winners of physical items will have a limited period to claim before the shop opens.

General Terms

• Agreement to Terms:

  • By purchasing items from our CyberKongz® store, you agree to these Terms of Sale and CyberKongz LLC's general terms and conditions available at CyberKongz Terms and Conditions, which include critical provisions regarding intellectual property, indemnity, confidentiality, and dispute resolution.

• Modification of Terms:

  • CyberKongz® reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to transactions made after the date of the update.

Products

• Description:

  • Physical products include Genkai Hoodies and Vests, available for purchase via Mavis Pay.

• Availability:

  • All products are subject to availability. Certain products may have limited quantities or may be available for a limited time.

Ordering & Payment

• Order Process:

  • Orders can be placed through our CyberKongz® store. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

• Payment Methods:

  • Payments are accepted in cryptocurrency only, currently including Ronin (RON), Ethereum (ETH), and USDC on the Ronin Network.

• Crypto Payment Disclaimer:

  • By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept the inherent market volatility and potential conversion risks. CyberKongz® assumes no liability for any loss of value of the cryptocurrency once the payment is made. Ensure the accuracy and security of your payment details, as CyberKongz® is not liable for any errors or financial losses arising from incorrect payment information. These terms are further governed by CK's general indemnity provisions.

• Pricing:

  • Transactions will be processed in USD. The equivalent crypto amount will be calculated at the time of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Times:

  • Estimated delivery times will vary by region and will be provided at checkout.

• International Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees required by their country of residence.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details. Items claimed for free through the Emaki Experience are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring items are packaged properly for shipping.

• Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days to the original payment method. Note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Crypto Refunds:

  • Refunds for cryptocurrency payments will be issued in USDC at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of refund.

  • Physical products are provided with no express or implied warranties. CyberKongz® disclaims any liability for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values after the transaction is completed.
